Questions about AjMadison codes

Does AjMadison offer free delivery?

Yes, free threshold delivery on most appliances. It has no minimum in the NYC metro area and needs a $1,299 purchase elsewhere; stairs, installation and haul-away cost extra.

What is the AjMadison return policy?

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization number. Returns carry a 35% restocking fee, shipping is not refunded, and air conditioners cannot be returned.

Does AjMadison price match?

Yes. It tries to match a lower price on an identical in-stock item from an authorized dealer, as long as your order has not shipped.

Can I combine an AjMadison promo code with rebates?

Usually not. Promo codes generally do not stack with other special offers or manufacturer rebates, and returning an item voids free shipping and promotions.

What payment methods does AjMadison accept?

Credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Synchrony financing, checks, money orders and wire transfers. Cash is accepted in showrooms only.
