Questions about Fracture codes

Can I use a Fracture promo code with free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping promotions stack with a code as long as your subtotal after the discount still meets the free shipping threshold.

Can I add a coupon after placing my Fracture order?

Contact Fracture support quickly. They can add a coupon to an order before it ships, but orders often go into production within hours.

How long does Fracture take to ship?

Most orders print and ship within 2-4 business days, then transit time is added. Production can take up to two weeks in the holiday season.

Does Fracture ship internationally?

Only to Canada, by FedEx International Priority, plus the US and Puerto Rico. Free shipping does not apply to Canada, and the recipient pays customs fees.

What if my Fracture print arrives broken?

Fracture replaces prints with Happiness Guarantee or Lifetime Warranty issues at its expense. Contact support with your order details.

Does Fracture take PayPal?

Yes. Fracture accepts PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major cards. Prepaid gift cards are not accepted directly.
