Does Goodfood deliver to the United States?

No. Goodfood delivers only in Canada: Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Maritimes.

How much is Goodfood delivery?

A CA$10.99 delivery fee is added to every order, plus CA$3.99 for rural postal codes. A frozen box fee applies unless you order CA$64.99 or more of frozen items.

Can I skip a week or cancel Goodfood?

Yes. You can skip any week from the Weekly deliveries page and manage up to 8 weeks ahead. To cancel, contact the Member Happiness team by live chat or email.

Can I use more than one Goodfood promo code?

No. Each new member gets one new-member offer, with one account per address and one account per credit card, and promotional offers cannot be combined.

What if an ingredient arrives damaged or not fresh?

Contact Goodfood within 5 days of delivery. It gives an account credit for the value of the items you were not satisfied with.

Goodfood shipping, returns and payment
