Questions about Julep codes

Can I use more than one Julep promo code?

No. Julep allows one offer per order. Free shipping on orders of $40 or more applies on its own, without a code.

Does Julep offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders that total $40 or more after discounts and before taxes ship free. Below that, standard shipping is $5.99.

How long does Julep shipping take?

Orders usually ship the next business day and arrive in 5 to 7 business days by FedEx SmartPost. Alaska and Hawaii can take 12 or more business days.

What is the Julep return policy?

Julep accepts returns within 30 days of the order date for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Contact Julep before sending anything back; return shipping and original shipping fees are not refunded.

Can I add a promo code after placing my order?

No. Julep says coupon codes cannot be applied to orders already placed, so enter the code in the Offer Code field before you check out.
