Questions about Noom codes

Can I add a Noom promo code after I sign up?

No. Noom promo codes must be entered during sign-up on the website, before you complete payment. Only one code works per order.

How much does Noom cost?

Noom Weight lists $70 for one month, $159 for three months and $209 for a year before taxes and discounts. Your quoted plan can differ based on quiz results and current promotions.

Can I get a refund from Noom?

For Noom Weight, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first charge. Renewal charges are not refundable, and Noom Med refunds end once a prescription is written.

Does deleting the Noom app cancel my subscription?

No. Cancel in the Subscription Portal, in the app settings, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.

Can I pay for Noom with an HSA or FSA card?

No. Noom does not take HSA/FSA cards directly, but Noom Med subscriptions may be reimbursed by your plan with the right documents.

Noom shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: Noom Weight is fully digital. Noom Med plans that include medication usually ship it within 3-7 business days, trackable in the app. Checked October 7, 2026.
