Does NOVICA offer free shipping?

Passport Club members get free standard shipping to the US once an order passes a set amount: $50 for the first level, lower for higher levels. Other shipping costs are shown at checkout.

What is the NOVICA return policy?

Refunds are available for 60 days after delivery. Request a return number in your myNOVICA account; US returns of jewelry and clothing get a free prepaid label.

Can I reuse a promo code after a return?
