Does Parts Geek ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?

Parts Geek ships within the contiguous 48 states. Some air freight items can go to Alaska and Hawaii; it does not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO boxes or freight forwarders.

How long do I have to return a part to Parts Geek?

30 days from the purchase date. You need an RMA number first, and the part must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

Does Parts Geek charge a restocking fee?

Sometimes. Returns for reasons such as no longer needed, ordered wrong or found a better price carry a 20% restocking fee, as do returns sent without an RMA or tracking number.

Do Parts Geek parts come with a warranty?

Most parts, but not all, carry a one-year warranty that excludes electrical and wear items. Labor is not covered.
