Can I use more than one Personalabs promo code?

No. One promo code can be applied per checkout, and codes cannot be added to orders you already placed.

Can I get a refund on a Personalabs order?

You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus a $20 fee. After 7 days you can get an account credit, less the same fee.

Do I need a doctor's order for Personalabs tests?

No. A physician order is included with every test you buy, and you take it to a Labcorp patient service center.

Can I pay for Personalabs tests with HSA or FSA?

Yes. Personalabs says its tests are HSA and FSA eligible, and refunds go back to the original method, including HSA cards.

How long is a Personalabs lab order valid?

Six months from purchase. After that the order expires, and reactivation is at Personalabs' discretion and may cost a fee.

Personalabs shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: Nothing is shipped. After you order, you get a lab order and give your sample at a Labcorp patient service center; results come back in 24 to 48 hours. Checked October 7, 2026.
Returns: Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus a $20 fee; after that, an account credit minus $20. Lab orders expire 6 months after purchase. Checked October 7, 2026.
