Questions about QVC codes

Can I use more than one QVC promo code?

No. QVC accepts one promo code per order, and a code cannot be added to an order after it is placed.

What is the QVC return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling and the Q Return Label fee. Personalized items, food, gift cards and Final Sale Price items are returned only for defects or QVC errors.

How much does a QVC return label cost?

The Q Return Label fee is based on weight: $6.95 up to 5 lbs, $8.95 up to 10 lbs and $10.95 above that. QVC does not charge it for defects, QVC errors or exchanges.

Does QVC have an extended holiday return period?

Yes. Purchases made from September 21 to December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027, with the usual shipping and label deductions.

What is QVC Easy Pay?

Easy Pay splits the price, shipping and tax of an eligible item into monthly installments, with the first billed when it ships. QVC does not charge interest or fees for it.

Is QVC still in business?

Yes. QVC Group filed for Chapter 11 in April 2026 to cut debt and the court confirmed its plan in July 2026. The company kept selling on TV, online and in its apps during the process.
