Questions about Selfridges codes

Does Selfridges ship to the United States?

Yes. Selfridges ships to 130 countries and regions, including the US. Look for the International Delivery icon on the product page, since a few items cannot be sent abroad.

Will I pay customs duties on a Selfridges order to the US?

Selfridges removes UK VAT and adds import duties and taxes at checkout, so you usually pay nothing on arrival. It notes this is not always possible because of local rules.

How do I return a Selfridges online order from the US?

Register the return at returns.selfridges.com within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within a further 14 days. Returns are complimentary, but duties, taxes and delivery costs on orders shipped outside the UK are not refunded.

Is Selfridges+ worth it for US shoppers?

Selfridges+ Global costs £75 a year and gives free standard delivery to the US on orders of £100 or more. It pays off if you order several times a year.

What items cannot be returned to Selfridges?

Beauty products, underwear, food, flowers, personalised or made-to-order items and unsealed electronics cannot be returned unless faulty.
