How much does a Shipt membership cost?

The annual plan is $99 a year and the monthly plan is $10.99 a month. Students and SNAP EBT recipients can get discounted plans.

Does Shipt have a free trial?

Yes. New customers get a 14-day free trial of the membership and can cancel free of charge during the trial.

Is there a delivery fee with a Shipt membership?

Members pay a $0 delivery fee on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 have a $7 fee, alcohol orders may have a $7 fee, and service fees vary by retailer and location.

Can I use EBT on Shipt?

Yes, in supported areas. Add your EBT card in the app, use it for eligible food items and pay for everything else with another card. EBT cannot pay for the membership, tips or fees.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Report it in the app or to customer service within 7 days of the order, and Shipt will issue a refund or credit for the item.

Can I cancel my Shipt membership?

Yes, at any time from the Shipt Membership Profile in your account, without penalties or extra fees.
