Is there a London Pass promo code?

Yes. The London Pass publishes a 5% off code on its own promo code page, listed through December 31, 2026. It cannot be combined with other sales.

Can I get a refund on The London Pass?

Yes, for passes you have not activated. Passes bought on or after May 1, 2026 can be returned within 90 days of purchase; refunds are processed in 7 to 10 business days.

Does The London Pass have a military or senior discount?

No. The London Pass says it does not offer military, senior or group discounts on individual passes.

How long is The London Pass valid?

You can activate it within one year of purchase. Once you scan in at the first attraction, it runs for the number of consecutive days you bought, with each day ending at midnight.

Can I visit as many attractions as I want with The London Pass?

Up to a limit. It works as a credits package: each pass duration has a credit limit, and every attraction uses credits equal to its gate price in pounds.

The London Pass shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: Passes are digital. After purchase you add the pass to the Go City app with your order number, or print it; the confirmation email can take up to four hours. Checked October 10, 2026.
Returns: Non-activated passes can be refunded within 90 days of purchase (30 days for orders before May 1, 2026). Refunds are processed in 7 to 10 business days. Checked October 10, 2026.
