Questions about TicketWeb codes

Do TicketWeb promo codes work on every event?

No. Promo codes on TicketWeb are usually created by the venue, promoter or artist for one show, so a code only works on the event it was issued for.

Does TicketWeb charge fees?

Yes. Tickets are typically subject to a per-ticket service fee and a non-refundable per-order processing fee, and delivery charges may also apply.

Can I get a refund on TicketWeb tickets?

Generally no. Event providers usually do not allow refunds or exchanges after purchase. If an event is canceled, eligible tickets are refunded at face value to the original payment method once the event provider sends the funds.

What payment methods does TicketWeb accept?

For US events, TicketWeb.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Who runs TicketWeb?

TicketWeb is a self-service ticketing platform operated by Ticketmaster. For US events, TicketWeb LLC handles the sale and collects payment for the event provider.
