Questions about Ticket Club codes

Does Ticket Club have promo codes?

Ticket Club mainly saves you money through member pricing rather than checkout codes. Codes it does issue are usually membership vouchers, which you redeem in your account under My Membership.

How much does a Ticket Club membership cost?

The FAQ lists $49.99 for the first year and a $9.99 annual reactivation after that. Military members, first responders and verified students can get a membership free.

Is Ticket Club legit?

Ticket Club is a resale marketplace where licensed ticket sellers list tickets. Every order is covered by a money back guarantee if tickets arrive late, are invalid, or the event is cancelled with no new date.

Can I get a refund on Ticket Club tickets?

No. All orders are final, with no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once accepted. The exception is the guarantee, which covers cancelled events, invalid tickets and late delivery.

Can I see member prices before I join?

Yes. Switch the price display to member pricing on any event page. Only current members can check out at that price.
