Questions about Undercover Tourist codes

Is Undercover Tourist legit?

Yes. It is an authorized ticket seller for major theme parks including Disney and Universal.

Can I get a refund on Undercover Tourist tickets?

Most eligible tickets can be returned within 365 days of purchase if unused, unmodified and not past the start date. A 5% fee is charged, and the refund goes back to your original payment.

Can I stack Undercover Tourist promo codes?

No. One code applies per order, and codes do not work on bundles or tickets already shown at a special price.

Do promo codes work on special event tickets?

Usually not. Event tickets such as Halloween Horror Nights or Disney holiday parties are excluded from promo codes.

Why do so many codes need a $1,000 cart?

Several Undercover Tourist codes take a flat $10 to $30 off ticket orders of $1,000 or more. For smaller orders, a percent-off code saves more.
