Questions about Verizon codes

Does Verizon have promo codes?

Rarely. Verizon gives most discounts as promo credits that apply at checkout when you meet the terms, such as a new line or a trade-in.

How do Verizon trade-in credits work?

You buy the phone on a 36-month device payment plan and Verizon pays the credit monthly over those 36 months. Leaving early can end the remaining credits.

What is the Verizon return policy?

Phones and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. A $50 restocking fee applies to device returns, except in Hawaii, and returning a phone does not cancel service.

Does Verizon offer free shipping?

Yes, ground shipping in 3-5 days and in-store pickup are free. 2-day shipping costs $9.99, or is free on accessory-only orders over $49.99.

Does Verizon have a military or teacher discount?

Yes. Unlimited Plus includes discounts for military members and veterans, first responders, nurses, teachers and college students after verification.
