When does Loot Crate charge my card?

The monthly Loot Crate renews on the 1st of each month. Wizarding World renews on the 5th of even months. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

How do I cancel or skip a Loot Crate?

Log into your account, choose Cancel and confirm. You can also skip a crate, which moves your plan one month later.

Can I return a Loot Crate?

No. Loot Crate does not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or missing, contact support within 30 days of receiving the order.

What is the order deadline for a monthly theme?

Monthly themes end on the 19th at 9pm PT. The crate ships mid-month after the theme ends.
