Vistaprint discounts in 2026: first order, bulk pricing and sale days

First order: two offers Vistaprint publishes itself

Vistaprint runs two new-customer offers on its own pages, which makes them more reliable than codes found on third-party sites.

• Up to 20% off a first order. The Vistaprint deals page showed this in October 2026 for new customers who sign in or create an account first, with a listed end date of December 31.
• Sample kit discount. The free business card sample kit page carries a code for 20% off the entire cart. Its terms, as seen on Oct 18, 2026: one use per account, sign-in required, maximum savings of $100, not valid on design, digital marketing or website services, ending Feb 28, 2027.

Coupon trackers report that Vistaprint accepts one promo code per order, so a first-time buyer has to pick one. On a cart under $500, the two offers save about the same at most. Above $500 the sample kit code stops at $100, and the first-order offer's own terms decide which is better, so check both in the cart before paying. The Vistaprint coupon page lists the codes PickedBox has on file.

How bulk pricing works at Vistaprint

Vistaprint prices by quantity, and the price per piece drops as the order grows. The promotional products page says many items can be ordered from a quantity of one and that the unit price goes down as more are added. Standard business cards run from 50 to 10,000 per order, with a request form for larger runs.

The entry price on the standard business card page in October 2026 was 50 cards for $10. That is 14pt card, glossy, matte or uncoated, printed on the front only. Printing on the back costs extra.

Tier prices for 250, 500 or 1,000 cards load inside the product builder and could not be captured for this guide, so no per-card figure is quoted here. A quick way to compare is to switch the quantity menu between two sizes and divide the total by the number of cards. If you will use the cards within a year or two and your details will not change, the larger tier usually wins on price per card.

Vistaprint Advantage: when $59.99 a year pays off

Vistaprint Advantage is a paid plan aimed at print resellers that replaced the older ProAdvantage program. The reseller page lists these terms in October 2026:

• An annual fee of $59.99.
• Up to 20% off products every day, 25% off business cards, and 10% off promotional products, clothing and bags.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $60 in the contiguous U.S., against $100 for other customers.
• Unbranded packaging and direct delivery to your clients.

Vistaprint's own math says the plan pays for itself at $299.99 of yearly spending, or $239.99 on business cards alone. There are limits. The member discount cannot be combined with sitewide sales, coupon codes that take money off the whole order, or the military discount; Vistaprint applies whichever discount is highest that day. Sample kits and many packaging items, such as mailer boxes and paper cups, are excluded.

Vistaprint sale calendar

Vistaprint discounts follow a fairly steady yearly pattern, based on coupon tracker histories recorded on the PickedBox store page:

In October 2026 the promotional products section showed 10% off promotional product favorites through November 1. Trackers also reported active offers such as up to 50% off select invitations, $55 off orders of $250 or more and $20 off orders of $100 or more, reported on Oct 14, 2026. Those had not been confirmed at checkout by PickedBox.

Shipping and timing costs

The shipping page says orders of $100 or more, before taxes and after discounts, ship free within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Note the order of operations: a 20% code can push a $110 cart below $100 and bring the shipping charge back.

Delivery times include production: Economy as soon as 8 business days, Standard 6, Express 3 and Rush 2, with Rush offered only on some products. Ordering two weeks ahead of an event lets you pick the cheapest speed. Orders placed after 6pm ET count from the next business day.

Ways to pay less at Vistaprint

• Order samples first. The free kit lets you check paper and finishes and carries a 20% cart discount, which is cheaper than reprinting a full order on the wrong stock.
• Use one code wisely. Since only one code applies, compare a percentage code with a dollar-off code against your cart total.
• Bundle orders. Combining cards, flyers and signs in one cart helps reach the $100 free shipping line and the minimums on dollar-off codes.
• Tax-exempt buyers. Schools, charities and other exempt organizations can email a certificate to have the account set up for tax-exempt orders. Vistaprint says review takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Check before printing starts. Orders can usually be canceled or changed until printing begins. If a finished product is not right, Vistaprint asks for a report through its Help Center form with up to 4 photos.

Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay in Safari. Invoice, bank transfer, check and cash are not accepted on standard orders.

Which discount fits which buyer

A one-time buyer, such as someone ordering cards for a new job, gets the most from the first-order offer or the sample kit code. A small business that reorders a few times a year saves by timing orders to the January or holiday sales and by buying a larger quantity per run. A designer or agency that orders for clients and spends more than $300 a year is the customer Vistaprint Advantage is built for.
