Yoga Burn review: price, the 12-week structure and the refund policy

What Yoga Burn is and who sells it

Yoga Burn, sold on the official site as the Yoga Burn Fitness System for Women, is a follow-along yoga video program created by Zoe Bray-Cotton. The official program page describes her as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. The program is aimed at women and is presented as a body-shaping and weight-loss plan.

The brand has grown into a larger catalog. In October 2026 the site lists Total Body 2.0, Trim Core 2.0, Yoga Burn 2.0, Beyond HIIT, Yoga Burn Momma, a booty challenge, a meditation program, the Yoga Burn Monthly DVD membership, supplements and accessories such as a mat and a resistance band.

The seller of record is ClickBank, an online retailer for digital products. The site footer states that ClickBank is the retailer of products on yoga-burn.net, and the program FAQ says ClickBank handles billing. That matters for refunds, covered below. The old domain, yogaburnchallenge.com, no longer resolves, so use yoga-burn.net.

How the 12-week Yoga Burn structure works

The original program is built as three phases. The official page says the first phase takes four weeks, and buyers describe the full run as 12 weeks, so each phase covers about a month. The page calls the method Dynamic Sequencing: poses are taught first, then linked, then made harder as you adapt.

• Phase 1, Foundational Flow. Basic poses, form and what the page calls the mind-body connection. Meant for beginners and experienced students alike.
• Phase 2, Transitional Flow. Three workout videos focused on upper body, lower body and core, with more work on moving from one pose to the next.
• Phase 3, Mastery Flow. More repetition of each pose and combined upper and lower body movements.

Each workout video runs 45 minutes. The page suggests three sessions a week, plus an optional bonus video focused on confidence and well-being. That works out to about 2 hours 15 minutes a week. For context, the federal Physical Activity Guidelines suggest at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week for adults, plus muscle strengthening on two days.

The package also includes pose tutorial videos and, according to the FAQ, a list of modifications by trimester for pregnant users. The sales page carries several large weight-loss testimonials. PickedBox does not repeat those as outcomes. The page itself marks them with "results may vary."

Yoga Burn prices in October 2026

These are the prices shown on yoga-burn.net and in the Yoga Burn App listing on the US App Store at the time of checking (Oct 18, 2026). Prices are in US dollars.

The "regular" prices are the seller's own reference figures. PickedBox has no record of the programs selling at those higher prices, so treat the lower figure as the real price. Watch the order form for add-ons such as supplements or a monthly membership, and untick anything you do not want before paying.

The 60-day refund and how ClickBank handles it

The official page says every program has a 60-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. You email or call within 60 days and get a refund. Physical orders can be returned within the same window. On bundles such as Total Body 2.0 the homepage says the refund is issued minus a shipping cost of $10 for US orders and $15 for international orders.

ClickBank's own flexible refunds article sets the default return period for its sellers at 60 days, which matches what Yoga Burn advertises. Purchases paid with PayPal, where offered, carry a 180-day refund period under the same article.

To request a refund through ClickBank directly, look up the order at clkbank.com with the email used at checkout and the order number, then open a refund request. Cancel Yoga Burn Monthly from the same place if you signed up for it. The first $37 charge comes after the free 30 days unless you cancel in time. App purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds and subscription cancellations for the app go through your Apple account, not ClickBank.

How to pay less for Yoga Burn

PickedBox found no working public Yoga Burn coupon code in October 2026. The Yoga Burn coupon page lists five current deals, all built into the prices on the official site, with no code needed. The practical ways to spend less:

• Buy the digital version. It costs $10 less than the DVD set and has no shipping charge.
• Buy one program first. A single program at $47 to $59 tells you whether the format suits you before you commit to a bundle or the app.
• Use the Monthly free month carefully. You pay only shipping for the first 30 days. Set a reminder before day 30 if you do not plan to stay.
• Pick a bundle only if you want the content. The Monthly Ultimate Package is $197 with free shipping, against $37 a month plus shipping for the membership route.
• Compare the app. If you want several programs, the full app package at $199.99 can cost less than buying them one by one.

Free yoga alternatives to try first

Home yoga does not have to cost anything. Before paying, these free options show whether you will stick with a routine:

• Yoga With Adriene offers free videos and several 30-day yoga series on YouTube, taught by Adriene Mishler.
• Many public libraries lend yoga DVDs and offer free streaming fitness classes with a library card.
• Local parks departments and community centers often run low-cost or free classes, which also give you an instructor who can check your form.

The paid program adds a fixed 12-week order and progression, which some people find easier to follow than a playlist. That structure is what the $49 buys.

On safety, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that yoga is generally safe for healthy people under a qualified instructor and that learning alone without supervision has been tied to higher injury risk. If you are pregnant, over 65 or have a health condition, talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Who Yoga Burn is for

Yoga Burn suits a woman who wants a set home schedule of three 45-minute sessions a week and prefers one teacher and one plan over choosing videos herself. Someone on a tight budget, or unsure about yoga, can start with free videos and buy later. If you do buy, keep the ClickBank receipt email, note the 60-day date and decline add-ons you did not plan for.
