Focus Factor in 2026: price per month, ingredients and where it costs less

At the time of checking (October 2026), a 150-tablet bottle of Focus Factor Original costs $29.99 on focusfactor.com, which works out to about $24 for 30 days at the label's 4 tablets a day. The 180-count club size at Costco tends to cost less per tablet, and the brand site does not take returns for dissatisfaction.

What Focus Factor Original is

Focus Factor Original is a tablet supplement sold as nutrition for the brain. It is made by Synergy CHC, a company listed on the Nasdaq, and is sold on focusfactor.com and through Costco, Walmart, BJ's, iHerb and an Amazon brand store.

The product combines two things in one tablet: a full multivitamin and mineral formula, and a 640 mg proprietary blend of compounds marketed for memory and focus. The label directions are 4 tablets a day with food. The brand's FAQ says some people take more, up to a maximum of 8 tablets a day. It contains no caffeine.

The same brand also sells Extra Strength, Brain and Vision, Lion's Mane Plus, kids chewables and drinks. This article covers the Original formula only.

What the label lists

The supplement facts panel on focusfactor.com lists these amounts per 4-tablet serving, among others:

NutrientPer servingDaily Value
Vitamin B615 mg882%
Vitamin B1220 mcg833%
Biotin300 mcg1000%
Vitamin C250 mg278%
Vitamin A (as beta-carotene)1,200 mcg133%
Iron5 mg28%
Proprietary blend640 mgNot established

The blend lists DMAE, L-glutamine, bacopa extract, phosphatidylserine, DHA from fish oil, inositol, N-acetyl tyrosine, bilberry, GABA, grape seed extract, vinpocetine and huperzine A, among others. The label does not give the amount of each blend ingredient, only the 640 mg total.

Points worth reading before you buy:

  • Vinpocetine: the label says the product is not recommended for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant. In 2019 the FDA warned that vinpocetine may cause miscarriage or harm fetal development, based on animal data.
  • Allergens: it contains fish and soy.
  • Double dosing: because it is a full multivitamin, taking it with another multivitamin can push some vitamins well past the Daily Value.
  • Iron: the label carries the standard warning to keep iron-containing products away from children.

If you take prescription medication or have a health condition, ask a pharmacist or doctor to review the label first.

Fact board of label amounts per 4 tablets: B6 15 mg at 882% DV, B12 20 mcg at 833%, biotin 300 mcg at 1000%, vitamin C 250 mg at 278%, iron 5 mg, blend 640 mg.

What the clinical claim says and what it does not

The brand describes a double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Its product page says the Focus Factor group recalled an average of 6.5 more words after six weeks, against 4.5 more words in the placebo group. The page does not link to a published paper or give the number of people in the study, so the size of the effect is hard to judge.

Like all supplements, the label carries the standard notice that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. The site adds that this includes ADHD and Alzheimer's.

There is some history here. In 2004 the Federal Trade Commission settled with Vital Basics, the brand's marketer at the time, which agreed to pay $1 million in consumer redress over memory and focus claims the FTC said were not backed by adequate evidence. The brand has changed owners since then. The fair reading is that the label lists ingredients that have been studied, and the brand reports one study of its own formula.

Price per month on focusfactor.com

Prices on the Focus Factor Original page on Oct 18, 2026, with the cost of 30 days at 4 tablets a day (120 tablets):

OptionPriceDays per bottleCost per 30 days
60 tablets, single$14.9915$29.98
90 tablets, single$29.9922$39.99
150 tablets, single$29.9937$23.99
150 tablets, 3 pack$88.50112 total$23.60
150 tablets, 6 pack$173.99225 total$23.20

Two things stand out. The 90-count and 150-count bottles were listed at the same $29.99, so the 150-count is the obvious pick of the two. And the multi-packs save little: the 3 pack is $1.47 less than three single bottles, and the 6 pack is $5.95 less than six.

Bar chart of the cost of 30 days of Focus Factor: 90-count $39.99, 60-count $29.98, 150-count $23.99, 150-count 3 pack $23.60, 150-count 6 pack $23.20.

Costco, Walmart, Amazon and iHerb compared

Focus Factor links to these retailers from its own product page. Retail sites often block automated checks, so some figures below come from secondary sources:

iHerb90 tablets$30.81 on Oct 18, 2026About $41.08

If you already have a Costco membership, the 180-count bottle is likely the cheapest way to buy, but confirm the shelf price at your warehouse since Costco prices vary by location. BJ's also carries a 150-count bottle. On Amazon and Walmart, divide the price by the tablet count before comparing, because the 60, 90, 150 and 180 counts are easy to mix up. Current offers from those stores are on the Amazon coupon page and the Walmart coupon page.

How to pay less for Focus Factor

  • Buy the right bottle size. On focusfactor.com, the 150-count costs the same as the 90-count. That one choice cuts the monthly cost from about $40 to about $24.
  • Check the store page before checkout. PickedBox lists 3 Focus Factor codes and 1 deal on the Focus Factor coupon page. A percentage code on a single 150-count bottle beats the small multi-pack saving.
  • Join the email list. The site footer offers email updates with offers, and the brand runs sales from time to time.
  • Compare club pricing. If you shop at Costco anyway, the 180-count bottle has the lowest per-tablet figure found for this article.
  • Start with one bottle. The Focus Factor refund policy says it does not accept returns or give refunds for dissatisfaction. Refunds are only for faulty products, reported by email within 7 days of delivery, and only for orders placed on its own site. Retailer return rules apply to bottles bought at Costco, Walmart or Amazon.

The site has a link to manage subscriptions, but no subscription discount was shown on the Original product page at the time of checking.

Who it is for, and who should skip it

Focus Factor Original fits adults who want a multivitamin and a memory-marketed blend in one product and are comfortable taking 4 tablets a day. It is a poor fit for anyone pregnant or who may become pregnant, because of the vinpocetine warning, and for people who already take a full multivitamin. People with a medical condition or on medication should check with a doctor or pharmacist before starting, as the label itself advises.

How we checked this

At the time of checking (Oct 18, 2026), PickedBox read the Focus Factor Original product page, including its supplement facts and FAQ, the refund policy and the retailer list on focusfactor.com. The iHerb price was read from its product page. Costco, Walmart, Amazon and BJ's blocked automated checking, so the Costco figure comes from a third-party price tracker and the Walmart figure from a search result, both marked as unconfirmed. Safety and regulatory context comes from the FDA and an archived FTC press release. No product was taken for this article.
