Dodgers tickets on StubHub: prices, fees and the cheapest time to buy

StubHub sells Dodgers tickets as resale listings priced by fans, so the cost moves with demand and the fees change from game to game. The 2026 season ended for Los Angeles on Oct 15, 2026, so the next home tickets are for the 2027 opener on March 25 against Atlanta.

Where the Dodgers schedule stands in October 2026

The Dodgers' 2026 season is over. The Milwaukee Brewers swept Los Angeles 4-0 in the National League Championship Series, which ran from Oct 11 to Oct 15, 2026, according to the series summary on Wikipedia. There are no more Dodgers home games this year, so any Dodgers listing on StubHub now points to next season.

MLB released a preliminary 2027 schedule on July 16, 2026. The Dodgers' announcement lists these home dates:

  • Opening Day: Thursday, March 25, 2027, against the Atlanta Braves at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium.
  • Holiday games: Easter Sunday (March 28) against Atlanta, Mother's Day (May 9) against San Francisco, Juneteenth and Father's Day (June 19-20) against Miami, and July 4 against the Mets.
  • Big draws: the Yankees (Aug 27-29), the Blue Jays (Sept 13-15) and the Freeway Series with the Angels (July 16-18).
  • Last home game: Sept 19, 2027.

The team says single-game ticket details will come later. One more caveat: the current labor agreement between MLB and the players expires on Dec 1, 2026, and the 2027 season is scheduled on the condition that a new one is signed. Keep that in mind before paying a premium for an early 2027 seat.

Busiest 2027 Dodgers home dates: opener March 25, Mother's Day May 9, June 19-20, July 4 and Freeway Series, Yankees Aug 27-29, Blue Jays Sept 13-15.

Dodgers box office, SeatGeek and StubHub: who sells what

Three kinds of sellers handle Dodgers tickets, and they are not the same thing.

  • The team. The Dodgers sell season, group and single-game tickets at face value through dodgers.com and the MLB Ballpark app.
  • The official resale partner. In March 2025 the Dodgers named SeatGeek their official ticket marketplace, per the team's press release. MLB.com menus still link to SeatGeek for buying and selling in October 2026.
  • Other resale sites. StubHub is a marketplace where fans and brokers list tickets and set their own prices. It is not the team's partner, but every order is covered by StubHub's FanProtect Guarantee, which promises valid tickets in time for the event, or comparable replacements or a refund.

Resale prices can sit above or below face value. For a low-demand weeknight game, a resale seat can cost less than the box office. For the opener or a Yankees series, it usually costs more. Checking the team, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster and StubHub for the same section is the only way to know.

How StubHub fees work on a Dodgers ticket

StubHub's fee page says there is no set percentage for buyer fees. You pay a service fee and a fulfillment fee, and both change with ticket price, time to the event and demand. That means two seats with the same list price can end up with different totals.

To compare fairly, open the event page, choose Filters and switch on Include estimated fees under Price Display Options. The checkout page then shows the full order total under Your order summary before you pay.

Federal rules now back this up. The FTC's fees rule, in force since May 12, 2025, requires live-event ticket sellers to show the total price, including mandatory fees, up front. On April 9, 2026, the FTC announced that StubHub would pay $10 million in refunds over listings shown without the full price between May 12 and May 14, 2025, as summarized by JD Supra. StubHub disputed the FTC's view but agreed to the settlement.

What Dodgers tickets cost on the resale market

Dodgers resale prices have run high since the team's back-to-back titles in 2024 and 2025. For the 2026 home opener, local press reported that TickPick data put the average resale price at $392 a seat, called the most expensive home opener in MLB history, with a reported get-in price of $196. Those were TickPick figures from March 2026, not StubHub prices.

StubHub event pages could not be loaded from the research setup in October 2026, so no current StubHub price is quoted here. What drives the number is well known:

  • Opponent and date. Opening Day, holidays, the Yankees and the Freeway Series draw the most buyers.
  • Day of the week. Friday and Saturday games usually cost more than Tuesday or Wednesday nights.
  • Giveaways and fireworks. Promotional nights tend to sell out first. The 2027 promotional schedule has not been published yet.
  • The standings. A September game with a playoff race attached costs more than the same matchup in April.

The cheapest time to buy Dodgers tickets

There is no fixed day when StubHub prices drop, because each seller sets their own price. Two patterns are still useful.

Low-demand games often get cheaper close to first pitch. When many listings are still unsold in the final days, sellers compete and some cut prices. StubHub's fees also change with time to the event, so the total can move even when the list price does not. The risk is that the section you want may be gone.

High-demand games rarely reward waiting. For the 2027 opener, Easter Sunday, July 4 or the Yankees series, supply is thin and prices can climb as the date nears. Buying a few weeks out, after the team publishes promotions, is the safer route.

A price alert does the watching for you. StubHub's support pages describe alerts in the StubHub app: open the event, tap the clock icon with a dollar sign, choose the number of tickets and a seating zone, and set a maximum price per ticket. The website has a price slider that hides listings above your budget.

Dodger Stadium levels and how price follows them

Dodger Stadium stacks its seating in tiers, and price usually falls as you go up and out. From the field upward, the main levels are Field, Loge, Club, Reserve and Top Deck, with the Pavilions in the outfield. SeatGeek's stadium guide has a section-by-section overview.

  • Field Level: closest to the action and the most expensive, especially behind home plate and near the dugouts.
  • Loge and Club: higher views with shorter walks to concessions. Club seats include extra amenities and cost more.
  • Reserve: higher up along the baselines, often a middle ground on price.
  • Top Deck and Pavilions: usually the lowest get-in prices in the park, with full views of the field from the top and home run territory in the outfield.

On StubHub's seat map, filter by zone and compare totals with fees switched on. A Loge seat with a low fee can cost less than a Reserve seat with a high one.

How to pay less for Dodgers tickets on StubHub

StubHub rarely runs public discount codes, and PickedBox could not confirm a working one in October 2026. The StubHub coupon page shows the current status of every offer on file. These steps lower the cost either way:

  1. Switch on Include estimated fees so you compare listings by their total price.
  2. Set a maximum price per ticket with the price slider, or a price alert in the app.
  3. Apply StubHub Wallet credit or StubHub gift cards at checkout, under Gift Card on the Select Payment Method page.
  4. Check the same section on SeatGeek, Ticketmaster and the Dodgers' own site before paying.
  5. If plans change, relist the tickets on StubHub, which charges no fee to relist tickets bought there.

Know the rules before you buy. StubHub sales are final, and a rescheduled game keeps your tickets valid with no refund. If a game is canceled, StubHub's event policy offers Wallet credit worth 120% of what you paid, valid for one year, or a cash refund to the original payment method on request. That matters for early 2027 purchases while the labor deal is unsettled.

How we checked this

In October 2026, PickedBox reviewed StubHub's support pages on fees and canceled events, StubHub's price alert help article, the Dodgers 2027 schedule release, the Dodgers and SeatGeek partnership release, the 2026 NLCS summary and coverage of the FTC settlement. StubHub event pages returned a block page, so no live StubHub price is quoted; the Opening Day figures come from press coverage of TickPick data. No tickets were bought for this guide.
