Teds Woodworking: the real price, what the 16,000 plans are and the refund
Teds Woodworking costs a one-time $67 in October 2026, paid through ClickBank, with no monthly fee and optional add-ons at checkout. The package is a members area of downloadable plans and videos, and the seller and ClickBank both describe a 60-day refund window, so free plan sites are worth trying first.

What Teds Woodworking costs in October 2026
The sales page at tedswoodworking.com lists the full package for a one-time $67. It shows crossed-out prices of $297 and $197 next to it and calls the $67 a launch discount, with a line saying the discount may end "after in 2 days". The same line was on the page when PickedBox checked it on Oct 14, 2026, so it reads as a standing sales device rather than a real deadline.
The ClickBank checkout page on Oct 18, 2026 showed:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| TedsWoodworking 16,000 Plans Plus Bonuses (digital) | $67.00 |
| Optional: guide to jigs, fixtures and setups | $14.95 |
| Optional: guide to hand tools | $9.95 |
| Optional: log home plan book | $7.95 |
The three extras are checkbox add-ons. Leaving them unticked keeps the total at $67. The sales page also offers DVDs or a USB drive with the plans for a shipping fee that is not stated on the page. The page says there is no monthly charge, and it warns that a plans club will "soon" cost $39 a month. No such monthly plan was on sale at the time of checking.
The charge appears on a card statement as CLKBANK*TedsPlans, according to the checkout page.

What the 16,000 plans actually are
Teds Woodworking is a digital product: after payment, the buyer gets a login to a members area where plans can be downloaded and videos watched. The sales page lists what the package includes:
- About 16,000 plans with step-by-step instructions, cutting and materials lists and drawings.
- New plans added each month, at no extra charge, plus one custom plan request.
- Four bonuses: a DWG/CAD plan viewer, 150 woodworking videos, a book on starting a woodworking business and a 200-page woodworking guide.
- Email and forum support.
The categories on the page run from small items such as cutting boards, birdhouses, tool boxes and wooden toys to sheds, gazebos, garages and small homes. The page says most plans are for beginners.
A few points could not be checked. The page credits the plans to Ted McGrath and hundreds of his students over 25 years, and quotes buyers and magazines, but it names no sources that can be looked up. The figures of 54,183 customers and 173,226 projects built are the seller's own. PickedBox did not buy the package, so the drawing quality and how many of the 16,000 files are distinct plans are not confirmed here. The free sample described below is the practical way to see the plan style before paying.
Who sells it: ClickBank
The order is not processed by Ted's site itself. The footer of the sales page names ClickBank, run by Click Sales Inc. of Boise, Idaho, as the retailer of the product, and notes that this role is not an endorsement of the product or its claims. Payment is taken on a ClickBank checkout page by card.
For the buyer this matters in two ways. First, the receipt and the refund route go through ClickBank, which runs a customer support site at clkbank.com and lists a support line of 1-800-390-6035 on the checkout page. Second, ClickBank pays commissions to sites that send buyers, so many online write-ups of Teds Woodworking carry purchase links and repeat the sales page claims. Reading the sales page itself, and its terms, gives a clearer picture.
The 60-day refund and how to ask for it
The sales page promises a 60-day money-back period: email the seller within 60 days and ask for the full amount back. The Teds Woodworking store page on PickedBox gives the same 60 days.
ClickBank's return and cancellation policy, updated Aug 26, 2026, says ClickBank may, at its discretion, allow a return within 60 days of purchase. The checkout page shows a shorter summary box that mentions 180 days. Because the two ClickBank texts differ, the safe plan is to ask within 60 days.
How to request it:
- Find the order number in the ClickBank receipt email.
- Email the seller through the support contact on the sales page, or open a request at clkbank.com with the order number and the email used to buy.
- Keep a copy of the request and the date sent.
Refunds go back to the card used for the purchase. A buyer who also paid for DVDs or a USB drive should ask whether the shipping fee is refunded, since the page does not say.

Free woodworking plans to try first
For a few projects, free plans may be enough. Places that publish full plans at no cost:
- Teds Woodworking's own sample. The home page offers 50 free plans and a 440-page woodworking book in exchange for an email address. It shows the plan format before any money changes hands.
- Ana White. The catalog listed 1,752 free plans on Oct 18, 2026, mostly furniture and storage, with filters for skill level and estimated material cost.
- Woodsmith free plans. Downloadable plans taken from Woodsmith, ShopNotes and Workbench magazines, covering furniture, gifts, outdoor and shop projects.
- The Home Depot workshops. Free how-to workshops, livestreams and kids workshops, useful for learning basic cuts and tool safety.
- The public library. Many libraries carry woodworking magazines and plan books, and some lend tools.
A paid collection makes more sense once a builder wants many projects in one place with a consistent layout.
How to pay less for Teds Woodworking
PickedBox found no working Teds Woodworking promo code at the time of checking. The $67 price is shown on the sales page without one. Ways to keep the cost down:
- Get the 50 free plans by email first and check whether the plan style suits the projects in mind.
- Pay the one-time $67 and leave the three checkout add-ons unticked unless they are wanted.
- Skip the DVD or USB copy if the digital files are enough.
- Use the 60-day refund window to decide, and note the purchase date.
- Buy only from the official sales page, which leads to the ClickBank checkout, so the refund route is clear.
The offer shown below is the lead deal on the PickedBox store page.
The row below is the same row as on the Teds Woodworking page. Teds Woodworking opens in a new tab.
Who it is for
Teds Woodworking fits a hobby builder who wants a large archive of project ideas and drawings in one login and is comfortable judging each plan before cutting wood. It is less useful for someone who needs one specific build, where a free plan or a single paid plan from a magazine may do. Anyone unsure can start with the free sample and Ana White, then decide whether $67 is worth it, with 60 days to ask for a refund. How we checked this
On Oct 18, 2026 PickedBox read the sales page and FAQ at tedswoodworking.com/faq, the home page sign-up offer, and the ClickBank checkout page for the price, add-ons and statement name. Refund terms come from the sales page and ClickBank's return and cancellation policy (updated Aug 26, 2026). Free plan counts come from the Ana White and Woodsmith plan pages. PickedBox did not buy or use the package; plan counts and customer numbers are the seller's claims.
