Bioderma Sensibio H2O: sizes, price per ounce and where it is cheapest

Bioderma Sensibio H2O sizes and prices in October 2026

Sensibio H2O is sold in the US in a few bottle sizes. The two that most stores carry are 250 ml (8.4 fl oz) and 500 ml (16.9 fl oz). Some Walgreens listings print the larger bottle as 16.7 fl oz, which is the same 500 ml bottle rounded differently. A 100 ml travel bottle (3.3 to 3.4 fl oz) and an 850 ml jumbo bottle also exist, but the jumbo size turns up in the US mostly through third-party sellers.

The Ulta prices were read on the Ulta product page on Oct 18, 2026. The Walgreens prices come from search result snapshots of walgreens.com in October 2026, because the product pages would not load during the check. Price per ounce: the 16.9 oz bottle is the better buy

At list price, the 16.9 oz bottle costs $6 more than the 8.4 oz bottle but holds twice as much. That works out to about $1.24 an ounce at Ulta against $1.78 for the small bottle, a gap of roughly 30%.

The 3.3 oz travel size is the most expensive way to buy it, at about $2.12 an ounce at Walgreens. It makes sense for a gym bag or a flight, not as the main bottle.

A rough way to think about use: the label tells you to soak a cotton pad and wipe the face and eyes, morning and evening. How long a bottle lasts depends on how wet you make the pad. If the 8.4 oz bottle runs out in a month for you, the 16.9 oz bottle saves about $9 every two months at list prices.

Ulta, Amazon or Walgreens: where it costs less

• Ulta: list prices of $14.99 and $20.99 in October 2026. The Ulta product page offers Replenish and Save at 5% off, which brings the 16.9 oz bottle to $19.94 and the 8.4 oz bottle to $14.24. Standard shipping is free over $35, and Ulta Beauty Rewards points apply.
• Amazon: often the cheapest when it goes on sale. Posted deals show the 16.9 oz bottle at $13.98 in December 2025 and $14.69 in March 2026, against a $21 list price. Check that the seller is Amazon or the brand, and search Bioderma Sensibio H2O on Amazon for the plain listing.
• Walgreens: regular prices sit at or slightly above Ulta, but the two-pack of 16.9 oz bottles at $32.99 is under $1 an ounce. Walgreens also runs beauty promotions that pay out store rewards on a minimum spend, so watch the Walgreens Bioderma listings for those.

Target listed the 16.9 oz bottle at $20.99 in March 2026, according to a price tracker, which is the same as the Ulta list price.

What the label says Sensibio H2O does

Bioderma, a brand of the French company NAOS, describes Sensibio H2O as the first micellar water it created and sells it as a no-rinse cleanser and makeup remover for sensitive skin. The Ulta listing states:

• It is formulated without fragrance.
• It is meant for face and eyes, applied with a cotton pad, with no rinsing.
• It removes 99% of makeup from face and eyes, based on a study of 10 volunteers aged 25 to 49. That is a small brand study, so treat the number as the maker's claim.

The ingredient list on the Ulta page is short: water, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, fructooligosaccharides, mannitol, xylitol, rhamnose, cucumber fruit extract, propylene glycol, cetrimonium bromide and disodium EDTA. Bioderma says the micellar technology captures impurities and that its D.A.F. complex is there to raise the skin's tolerance threshold.

Pump bottle, travel size and wipes

Before buying, check which version the listing shows:

• Standard flip-cap bottle: the 8.4 oz and 16.9 oz bottles that Ulta carries.
• Pump bottle: some 500 ml bottles come with a press-down pump that wets a cotton pad without pouring. Prices seen at US beauty shops were about $21, close to the regular bottle.
• 850 ml jumbo: sold widely in Europe. US listings are mostly on marketplaces, so check the seller and the expiry date printed on the listing.
• Sensibio H2O wipes: Walgreens listed a pack at $12.99. Wipes are easier to travel with but cost more per use than the liquid.

Bioderma also sells Sebium H2O, a green-cap micellar water aimed at oily skin. It is a different product from the pink-cap Sensibio, so do not mix them up when comparing prices.

How to pay less for Sensibio H2O

1. Buy the 16.9 oz bottle or a two-pack, not the 8.4 oz or travel size.
2. On Amazon, watch for sale prices near $14 for the 16.9 oz bottle. That has happened at least twice in the past year, in December 2025 and March 2026.
3. At Ulta, use Replenish and Save for 5% off each delivery, and combine an order with other items to pass the $35 free shipping line.
4. At Walgreens, look for beauty promotions that return store rewards on a minimum spend.

Who Sensibio H2O is for

It suits people who want a fragrance-free, no-rinse makeup remover and cleanser, especially those with skin that reacts to stronger cleansers. The label calls it a no-rinse product, but nothing stops you from following it with a regular face wash. If your skin stings, turns red or flares after using any cleanser, stop using it and ask a dermatologist before trying another.
