HexClad in 2026: set prices, when it goes on sale and open-box options

HexClad set and pan prices in October 2026

HexClad prices its sets against the total of the single pieces inside them, which it calls the set value. Prices on hexclad.com on Oct 18, 2026:

The 7-piece set that older reviews describe, with three pans, lids and a wok, was not on hexclad.com at the time of checking. HexClad's FAQ says its current cookware uses the TerraBond ceramic nonstick coating, which the company describes as free of PTFE and PFAS. The pans have a laser-etched stainless steel hexagon pattern with nonstick in the low areas between the ridges.

When HexClad goes on sale

HexClad runs site-wide events through the year, usually built around holidays. Recent prices give a sense of how low sets go:

In the November 2025 Black Friday sale, Tom's Guide also listed the 7 in fry pan at $65, down from $109, and the 4.5-qt deep saute pan at $149, down from $189. Deal sites have covered HexClad sales around Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Prime Day, Labor Day and the winter holidays as well, but the size of each cut was not confirmed for 2026.

The October 2026 banner on hexclad.com advertises up to 30% off with a giveaway tied to Gordon Ramsay. It has a countdown on the site, and every dollar spent earns double entries. If Black Friday 2026 follows the 2025 pattern, the 12-piece set could drop about $100 more, but HexClad has not published its November prices.

HexClad at Costco and Amazon

Costco sells a HexClad 7-piece cookware set online, not the 12-piece set sold on hexclad.com. A Slickdeals post dated Jun 20, 2026 recorded the Costco set at $319.99 with free shipping, after $60 in manufacturer's savings from June 19 to July 12, 2026, against a regular $380. The Costco listing describes the pans as safe in the oven up to 900 degrees F, with lids up to 400 degrees F. Costco's online prices usually require a membership, and the current Costco price could not be confirmed at the time of checking.

HexClad also sells on Amazon, and Amazon pricing tends to track HexClad's own sale events. Amazon pages did not load at the time of checking, so no Amazon price is quoted here. For Amazon offers, see the Amazon coupon page. Before buying on Amazon, check that the seller is HexClad or Amazon itself. The warranty rules below explain why.

Open-box and used HexClad: what you give up

No open-box or refurbished section was listed on hexclad.com at the time of checking. Open-box HexClad does turn up on eBay and in Amazon's resale listings, often at a lower price, and some sellers describe pans as returned or used in a test kitchen.

The catch is the warranty. HexClad's warranty page says coverage applies only to products bought new from HexClad or an authorized seller, and only for the original customer or gift recipient with proof of purchase. It is not transferable. An open-box pan from a third-party reseller may come with no HexClad warranty at all.

Points to check on an open-box listing:

• Whether the seller is an authorized HexClad retailer.
• Whether the listing names the TerraBond coating, since older stock may have an earlier coating.
• The return window, which on resale sites ranges from 30 days to none.

Lifetime warranty, returns and price match

HexClad cookware carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. To activate it, HexClad asks buyers to submit a registration form. The warranty does not cover damage from excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning or use in a restaurant or other food service setting. HexClad says cosmetic changes over time are normal wear. If a covered item is replaced, the customer may pay the return shipping.

Other terms from the refund policy as of October 2026:

• Returns: 30 days from purchase for a refund, with a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer pays return shipping.
• Price match: if the price of an item bought on hexclad.com drops within 14 days, HexClad refunds the difference. This applies only to hexclad.com, not to Amazon, Costco or other retailers.
• Codes: only one discount code can be used per order.

The 14-day price match is useful around sale events. A set bought a week before Black Friday can be adjusted if the price falls inside that window.

How to pay less for HexClad

• Check the site banner. In October 2026, HexClad advertised up to 30% off during its Gordon's Golden Ticket promotion. No code is needed for that price.
• Buy a set instead of single pans. The three pans in the 6-piece fry pan set cost $399 with lids. Bought one at a time with lids, the same pans total $517 at listed single prices.
• Sign up for HexClad emails. HexClad's FAQ mentions a welcome offer for new subscribers, and sale dates are announced by email.
• Time a large order for Black Friday and use the 14-day price match if the price drops after you buy.
• Compare Costco if you are a member and the 7-piece set fits your kitchen.
