Stealth Cam trail cameras in 2026: XS14 status and what to pay now

Is the Stealth Cam XS14 still sold

No. The XS14 was a 14 megapixel SD card trail camera that Stealth Cam sold as a two-camera combo with a 4-in-1 card reader. The listing described a 0.8 second trigger, a 60 ft Low Glo infrared flash range, burst mode of 1 to 3 photos, a 5 to 120 second rearm delay, eight AA batteries and SD cards up to 32GB.

On Oct 18, 2026, the XS14 address on stealthcam.com returned a page not found message, and a search for XS14 on the site returned no product. The model is not in the current trail camera lineup. Any XS14 still listed online is old stock or used, and Stealth Cam's own warranty and return terms would not help much with a camera that old. The current lineup gives more resolution for a similar price, so there is little reason to hunt for one.

Stealth Cam SD card cameras in 2026 and what they cost

The closest thing to the XS14 now is a non-cellular camera that saves photos to an SD card, with no monthly fee. Prices on stealthcam.com on Oct 18, 2026:

The QS24 at $79.99 is the plain replacement for an XS14 buyer: higher resolution, a longer stated range and the same no-subscription setup. The Browtine 18MP keeps the 0.8 second trigger and 1 to 3 photo burst that the XS14 listing advertised. Stealth Cam also sells an SD card reader and viewer, which was marked down to $87.99 from $109.99 on the QS24 page.

Cellular Stealth Cam prices during the Scrape Season sale

Most of Stealth Cam's attention in 2026 is on cellular cameras, which send photos to the Command app over AT&T or Verizon. The site was running a Scrape Season sale on its 3.0 cameras on Oct 18, 2026:

The Fusion Max 3.0 page lists a 0.4 second trigger, 1 to 6 photos per trigger, a 100 ft detection and flash range, 1080p video with audio and 16GB of internal memory, so an SD card is optional. At $79.99 for two, the 2-pack costs the same as one QS24. Stealth Cam did not publish an end date for the sale.

The monthly cost behind a cheap cellular camera

A cellular camera needs a Command data plan, and that is where most of the money goes. Plans listed on the Stealth Cam data plans page in October 2026:

• Standard: $5 a month, $60 a year, 600 photos and 200 video previews.
• Plus: $8 a month, $96 a year, 1,200 photos and 400 video previews.
• Unlimited: $20 a month for the first camera, $15 for the second, $11 each for the third to seventh, and $8 for each after that.

Plans are charged per camera with no cellular contract. A Fusion Max 3.0 2-pack at $79.99 plus two cameras on the Standard plan for a year comes to $199.99. Two QS24 SD card cameras cost $159.98 with no plan, but you have to walk in and pull the card. For a camera that stays in one spot all season and that you can reach easily, the SD card model is cheaper over time. For a remote spot you only visit a few times, the cellular plan pays for itself in trips not made.

Where Stealth Cam cameras cost less

Stealth Cam ships free on every order from stealthcam.com. Products bought there can be returned within 30 days of purchase if new, unused and in the original packaging, with a return authorization number. Stealth Cam's warranty page gives cellular cameras a two-year warranty and all other Stealth Cam products one year. Returns for cameras bought elsewhere go back to that retailer.

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's carry trail cameras, and their store pages blocked automated requests in October 2026, so their Stealth Cam prices were not confirmed. Both give free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more and accept online returns for 60 days with proof of purchase, which is twice the stealthcam.com window. Their biggest hunting sale, the Fall Hunting Classic, runs in August, and Black Friday deals follow in November. See the Bass Pro Shops coupon page and the Cabela's coupon page for current offers.

Amazon also sells Stealth Cam cameras, but Amazon pages did not load at the time of checking. Compare any Amazon price with the stealthcam.com sale price above, and check that the seller is Amazon or Stealth Cam. The Amazon coupon page covers Amazon offers.

Which Stealth Cam fits an old XS14 owner

If an XS14 is still working, keep using it; the trail camera only needs a fresh set of AA batteries and an SD card of 32GB or less. If it has failed, the QS24 at $79.99 is the like-for-like swap with no running costs. If walking in to check cards is the hard part, the Fusion Max 3.0 at $59.99 single or $79.99 for two, plus $5 a month per camera, is the cheapest cellular setup on the Stealth Cam site in October 2026.

How we checked this

On Oct 18, 2026, PickedBox read the Stealth Cam digital cameras page, the cellular cameras page, the QS24, Browtine 18MP, Prevue 30, GMAX Vision and Fusion Max 3.0 product pages, the data plans page and the return and warranty policy. stealthcam.com blocks direct requests, so the pages were read through a text reader. The former XS14 address and a site search for XS14 returned no product. XS14 specifications come from the original product listing. Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's and Amazon pages did not load; their shipping and return terms match the PickedBox store pages. No cameras were bought or used for this guide.
